Strength Feat skill - measures the character's ability to apply their strength effectively to a task.

Hmm. Probably Strength Feat again with a situational bonus of +2 (or more) to take adrenalin into account.
Similarly, Agility attribute becomes Athletics skill, Intelligence attribute might be an Education skill (such as physics, chemistry, etc.) Charisma attribute might be covered by a Social skill (or Savoir Faire, etc.) As I said, pretty broadly focused skills.
Come to think of it, the only real difference from standard Fudge is that there is no separate advancement chart for attributes anymore.
