Hey John -

Quick question for you.  In the above quote, are you talking an initial EP
cost to purchase the maneuver?  Or is than an EP cost to *USE* the maneuver?

I think this idea will suit our gaming group ideally.  Even Richard is
getting into Fudge now - we're thinking of re-writing Domibia (*sigh* again)
for Fudge.
