When I played Champions, I was always OK with players improvising on
the fly. Go ahead and use marbles (maybe there's a whole shelf full of
them as you're fighting in the JumboMart) but if you plan on making it
part of your character -- pay the points.
Once is creativity! Bravo! All the time is abuse -- plus it doesn't
fit the genre, IMHO.
