Ah, I like it! So, if I'm not mistaken (I'm terrible with statistics, so I probably am), the percentage spread looks something like this:
Etc.
-19 through -10 : 0.3125%
-9 through 5 : 1.25%
6 through 15 : 5%
16 through 25: 1.25%
26 through 36 : 0.3125%
Etc.
