Turn up the AC its hot in here!
A side issue on making life difficult for the PC's is Villains. I have
always had the hardest time creating a Villain. They end up either kind of
pathetic when the PC get organized, or the Villain makes a wet smear on the
pavement of the PC. It seems that I always end up fudging the dice rolls
to maintain balance. I have no problem fudging the dice rolls but some
players get really upset about it (avoid munchkins!) even when in actuality
I am keeping the character alive.
Is there a better way?
