As I prepare for tomorrow's game, I was just curious. What have you done with NPCs to create mischief in the game? Who and what were the NPCs? (I must admit I'm fascinated by Xellos in Slayers: Next (anime)... I love the entire concept of a powerful troublemaker who tags along and draws the group into situation after situation...)
