I've not enough time to go into details right now, but last night in my AD&D game, we had some... fun with one of the PCs. We staged a combat, everyone knowing it was fake but the player, in which everyone (just about) died. Including his character. Right when he died, he woke up screaming. :) Needless to say, he was surprised in RL, especially that all of us were in on it. :) Have any of you done anything similar?
