An odd question

Robert,

I probably would treat it as if a _dispel magic_ had been cast.  If you're 
really in a mood leave some traces of the polymorphed form for a few rounds 
(such as big, furry ears) just to mess with the player.  Or you can have the 
PC morph back and forth quickly (like a TV on the fritz) as the magical 
energies fight with each other.  That would probably disable him for a couple 
of rounds as well as adding some small theatrics to the game.
