
[AD&D 2E] For a plot point, I need a PC to cast a Dispel Magic in a particular room. (To cut a long explanation short, it will destroy a magical simulacrum which the character is... fond of. The simulacrum is tied to one room, at the top of a tower. However, simulacrum is getting in the way of the plot, and must go. PC angst is an added bonus.) Any suggestions on how I can persuade the PC to cast Dispel Magic there? Especially when she knows what this will do to the simulacrum?
