I've only ever played using the original rules.
I've seen the GURPS edition though.
Somehow I think the system lost part of its lapine flavour when they took
the combat matirx and the energy point system out.
The best phrase from those days was "Albanian Rock Cricket".
Is this a language, an insect encounter, or a sport?
We never actually found out!
