Having slept on it, my mind is even clearer on this point.  Gmast, as it
stands now, needs to go.

I propose that the Phoenyx create its own "general roleplaying discussion"
forum for those who prefer a more polite environment, and Gmast can find a
home elsewhere.  I don't want to kill Gmast.  I just don't want it on my
server.  (If nobody is really interested in moving Gmast and all are
willing to change Gmast's "charter", that would be sufficient.  But I
don't want people saying I've hijacked Gmast, and all it takes is one
person to create a Gmast somewhere else and split the community anyway.
I think changing the name here and letting Gmast be hosted somewhere else
is the more realistic option.)

This isn't entirely kamikaze's fault.  It has a lot to do with it being
made clear that we are not allowed to make Gmast conform to the Phoenyx
standards.  Kamikaze's just an example of why I find the anarchy of Gmast
unacceptable on the Phoenyx.  When I brought Gmast on three years ago, I
thought it was a good thing.  But the Phoenyx has changed in three years.
We've developed a reputation that we're proud of, and we've developed an
atomosphere that I don't think Gmast belongs in anymore.
