On the moderation of GMAST, or lack thereof

I'm willing to abide by a change in the Gmast charter (not like I post that 
often!).  If everyone else isn't, I agree with Carl to move the free 
wheeling, no holds barred, rude as we wanna be discussions to Yahoo Groups 
or something similar.  I think Noctifer is the ideal person to start the 
new group if so inclined, since his moderating style seems to be in line 
with the old GMAST tradition.

Admin Question: If this change goes forward, will everyone automatically be 
subscribed to the new group, or will we need to specifically 
subscribe?  While it would be easier for everyone to just be brought over 
automatically, I think it would be better for everyone who want to join a 
GRD list on Phoenyx to actually subscribe themselves.  This way, everyone 
who is in the new Phoenyx forum has specifically asked to be there.
