The original author of the quote may well be lost, or it might be one
of the regulars on rec.arts.sf.fandom.  In either case, that phrase is
now to be found on buttons and bumper stickers from a large number of
people.  (I lost count of the number of places I saw it in the
WorldCon dealers room.)
