The way I read it, it doesn't affect us. It addresses gamemasters charging their players... we're not the gamemasters, we're not running the White Wolf game. The issue is between the gamemasters and White Wolf. We're the guy who rents the bingo hall to those weird "vampire" people. Or you could even call us a gaming convention that only charges gamemasters for the right to run games (if we charged gamemasters, that is).
