Interestingly, he is my favorite player -- he always comes up with great characters which he plays wonderfully. He's talked about wanting to run a game, but he's kind of a perfectionist and I think that keeps the game from ever getting off the ground. Two other players have GMed but they have a strong preference for playing over GMing. One of those players tells me that she lacks the imagination, organization, and communication skills to be a good GM.
