And actually, there aren't that many games running at the Phoenyx just now, but that's not so much due to a decline (if there is one) in pbem in general as it is due to the fact that you can pretty much hunt all over the Phoenyx and not find any indication of how you'd go about running a game here. That's deliberate; we put new games off until we got the new software up and running, but that's been a few years late. And when I get it running, it'll be arguable whether it's really pbem, I suppose. (If an tree falls in the game and nobody hears it by email, does it make it a mailing list?) -- Karen J.
