[OOC: Sorry, moving, lots of baby-related classes (our first is on the way), work, all taking their toll on game time.] [Dharak] As the robed thing collapses, Dharak shakes the psychic echoes from his head and assesses the situation. This human, at least, should be taken alive. The beast-man, if possible, but we don't know much about his mind. It might be as alien as the cat-men. No, can't afford to kill the human. Are either the beast-man or the human within his telepathic range? If so, he'll urge Reylorna to put the beast-man to sleep, while he (Dharak) plants a Suggestion in the human's mind of "Surrender." Maybe then, we can get him to turn off the mirror, the teacher thinks. If both targets are out of range, he'll try to get a *completely* clear shot with the energy weapon at the beast-man (hoping that his luck with the thing will hold, and that he won't shoot the unsuspecting Ryzar in the back), and will tell Reylorna to get the human to surrender via suggestion. ____________________Reply Separator____________________ Subject: Re: Kalyr: 72f - The Machines Author: Tim HallDate: 7/30/02 3:53 PM [I am hoping the complete lack of responses means that everybody is on holiday, not that everyone has lost interest in the game!] -- Tim Hall, http://www.kalyr.com "It's a fine line between stupid and clever" - Spinal Tap
