I need everyone to run to the new list maintenance screen ASAP 
and update their stuff.  If you don't, you won't get on the new web 
pages.

It's at http://www.wirebird.com/cgi-bin/groupmx.pl, and your "Group 
ID" is your listname (alone; no -L or @phoenyx.net or anything).  
Password is the same as your list password (although it's optional 
until the next screen).

There are a few fields you'll need to set:

Under "Phoenyx":
"Status" will default to "Discussion" unless you change it. Set the 
other two fields while you're there, if they haven't carried over from 
the old system.

Under "Group Control":
"Moderator" is the listowner(s). Make sure everyone who should 
get bounce messages is here, separated by spaces.  You don't 
have to put auxiliary gamemasters here, unless they also help with 
list maintenance (conversely, people who help with list 
maintenance need not be listowners).

There are a few things you probably shouldn't dink with yet:

Under "Posting Limits":
Don't bother changing anything but "Who:".

Once again, things are going to change fast, so check your email 
daily... I will be assuming everyone is keeping up with what needs 
done for the changeover, so if you're not, your list may stop 
working (temporarily, we hope).
