Well, I watched yesterday's mail go out on the queue, and it delivered
to ibm.net.  If he hasn't gotten it, he's going to have to take it up
with ibm.net... until I get a bounce message, there's not much I can
do.  If listowners mail is bouncing, so will his list when it moves
over, and if I don't know why, I can't fix it.  I would, however, be
willing to put down money that it's an overexcited spamfilter, perhaps
at his ISP level.
