I'm still trying to figure this one out.  I'm suspecting it's not
letting anyone subscribe, across the board, which is a Bad Thing.
It also means, since I haven't got VB installed here anymore
(where *is* that CD?) that I'll have to take it to work to
recompile.

In the meantime, I think I'll just discombobulate ALLOWREMAIL.
It should be a moot point under the new software anyway.
