It's been doing this across the board for, I think, over 24 hours. So if your lists are slow, it's because the system is wasting a lot of time trying to deliver to a host that is overloaded. I'm tempted to send a message to all hotmail users saying "Use a remailer if you must, but geez, don't pick hotmail or iname!"
