Is there a way to get a list of the people who are on your list?

I know the count from my daily summary, but not who they are:) If I'd kept all the summaries, I guess I could tell.  

I also tried to issue a list or distrip or, even, help to the robot but that didn't work either.

Can somebody help me out?
