Nope.  It's just trying to unsub people who've been bouncing too long, but
for some reason it's not working.  So that's the list of everyone who's
ever been auto-unsubbed (well, almost everyone).

I tweaked it last night (I'm currently manually running the nightly
process, so it doesn't happen until sometime in the morning) and got it to
run some of the lists it's been failing on, but it still isn't
successfully removing them from bouncers.
