A.  Because I haven't written them yet.  The faq function is working,
hoorah, but I haven't updated the web [files] editor to permit you to
customize your faqs.  If you want one in the meantime, email it to me and
tell me what day(s) of the month you want it to auto-spew.

Whee.  Okay, the debouncing critter is finally working.  You should get
(have gotten) a flurry of status reports (okay, some lists only got one,
but others made up for it), at least one of which should have a whole
bucket of people leaving the subtopic "bouncers," for good this time.

Status reports (digests, etc.) will now happen at the usual daily time
again.

Next up:  getting rid of those pesky "outdated moderation" entries.
