Things not to do on a web page

Unless you don't mind bogus subscriptions, don't put the -on
address on your web pages in the clear.  Spammers will harvest it, spam
the address, and get their bogus address signed up to your mailing
list... and in the unlikely event it IS a real address, all of a sudden
your listmail is going to them, and giving away your subscribers'
addresses.

The way to do it is to use the safemail script, as follows:

LISTNAME-
on@phoenyx.net

Note the space in the text part of the link... this will throw off spam
harvesters, but if someone cuts and pastes the address manually, the space
(should not) bother their mail software.  (Yes, boys and girls,  is legal.  Don't try it with a Microsoft
product, though, because they don't like RFC-822.)
