FWIW, I threw a calendar program up so people could schedule IRC times. It's at http://www.phoenyx.net/cgi-bin/calendar/calendar.pl (and referenced from http://www.phoenyx.net/irc.html), and can be used for anything you want, not just IRC. It's altogether unmoderated, so we'll see how that works out. If there's any need, I can set up an individual one for each list. Calendar admins can decide whether or not any Tom, Dick and Mary can add events, and do other customizations (color, etc.) If everybody and his brother needs one, I can even put it on the navbar. -- Karen J.
