When you maintain your group settings
(http://www.phoenyx.net/tools/inimx), you may notice there's a new
option:  you can set it to strip signature lines.  I've got listowners
doing this now, chiefly for testing purposes.

They've got to be properly delimited sigs... "-- " should begin them.  You
may have to slap your users around to get them to build their sigs right
if you want to filter them, but that's okay... it'll make them better
netizens.
