Thanks.

This may seem a bit over dramatic, but I'm having a hard time beleiving
this has happened: about a year ago, I was a huge alternity buff (if such a
thing existed) and somehow stumbled onto the Phoenyx homepage. I've been a
player at the Corner ever since. This is a great system, especially for
friends like mine who can never make over to my house on Saturday afternoon.
The ability to sort-of answer at your own leisure makes things a lot easier.

As for the origins of my game, I have been playing the guitar for about
three years. About six months ago, while playing "Greensleeves" I realized
that the "bard" was, at least in my mind, the best class, a versatile
mixture of swords, sorcery, and unique abilities. From that point, the
"Hymn of Geoffrey" has been in various stages of development. This is not
to say that I hav every event of the "Hymn" planned out, just that I have a
very basic idea of where the plot will eventually lead the players.

The Hymn of Geoffrey is about three things: convenience, innovation, and
an epic story of great characters (after, those of you who've been to my
webpage know how the campaign will end, but its the player's job to get
there). As far as innovation, I have created a new bard kit, made soem
rules variations, adn, the kicker, a new class, the intellectual Logician,
will be introduced sometime within the next month. This character will
certainly provide unique ways to deal with normally mundane problems.

Well, if I have said enough (or too much ;) ) I'd liek to finish by
thanking everybody, and, as Geoffrey the Bard would say, "Don't let a good
plan get you turned into a rabbit." To find out what that means, join, the
list.

-A tongue-tied bard,
