In specific, the Deep_Slumber proposal in the scifi folder, and in general, bizarre proposals or responses, don't need to hang around in your folder. If you start keeping track of these kind of proposals, you'll eventually have a folder full of "no responses". As soon as you suspect that you won't hear back, drop the ticket in the y_game_resolved folder. I've found that keeping the folders as clean as possible has been essential to managing tickets in a timely manner without getting bogged down in tracking old tickets that probably won't get responses. In general, *any* ticket I respond to with the unmodified do_better usually goes y_game_resolved. If by some bizarre chance the ticket *does* get a response, Jitterbug will notify me (and anyone else in y_game_resolved's notify list) and the ticket will be moved back into a game1) folder. If you think that the ticket *probably* won't get a response, but just might, you can add your name to the individual ticket's notify list and drop it in y_game_resolved anyway... that way you'll get notified immediately when that ticket is updated. All tickets sent to y_game_resolved stay there for two weeks, at which time they are archived to a hidden folder... I can always bring tickets back from the archives if we need them, none are deleted. If a reply to an archived ticket comes in, jbug won't be able to find the ticket and will drop the reply into the _incoming folder. (But if someone took two weeks to reply, that's a serious mark against their potential as a GM.) -- -------------------------------------------------------------- Listowner tools are found at http://www.phoenyx.net/listowners
