Discussion, mostly technical, about running Phoenyx groups goes here. Hypotheticals and wishlists go in stakeholders.

Brainstorming

Pursuant to tonight's chat, we're addressing Phoenyx members,
and their needs. We're using _Community Building on the Web_,
by Amy Jo Kim, and we're in Chapter 1 right now.

We've tentatively got three types of members: gamemasters,
players, and lurkers, and we'll probably be doing some surveys and
whatnot to try to get some feedback on what they're really like.

Meanwhile, some brainstorming is in order. Per the book, "don't
censor your thoughts: the purpose is to write down everything you
can think of that your members might look for and possibly find in
your community."

And these are the questions: "Why are they coming to [our]
community? Are they looking for something specific? What can
[our] community do for them?"
