When you have a list ready to set up, you need to send me email telling me so. I don't watch all the tracking notifications closely enough to catch these. (I see *all* notifications, so I don't always notice when it's something that's dropped in one of my folders.) For what it's worth, Karen and I have pretty much decided that we either need to do some major hacking on jbug or just write our own ticket system customized to our needs. I think I'm going to do the latter, but I have no idea when that will happen.
