Via the Fudge list (which is more and more looking like the flagship Phoenyx list, instead of GAMERS, alas), we've gotten started on the Great Phoenyx/Firehawk Documentation project, in the Phoenyx Wiki: http://www.phoenyx.net/cgi-bin/twiki/view/Firehawk It's mostly a gearhead site, but anybody who's not a gearhead but who *is* into checking out web sites and fun toys can look at the Third Party stuff and do homework on the stuff that's listed, or add hey- this-is-cool things to the list, and those of us who ARE gearheads can say "Hey, that sounds like a lot more fun than rewriting the core software" and go into ooh-shiny mode and get all sidetracked and... okay, maybe you want to keep the suggestions relatively practical, at first, until we get the main stuff working the way we want it. People with user-interface design skills are particularly appreciated.
