MGR: Two Questions

Hi,

1. I have a list member in my Akus game that is away on vacation for a
couple of weeks. I rather suspect he didn't put himself on vacation
before he went, and his hotmail account is going to fill up..if it
hasn't already. Using the web-tools, is there a way for me, as
moderator, to change a list member's account to no-mail while they are
away? For that matter, suppose someone joins and turns out to be a
pita, and a moderator needs to ban that person from the list, can that
be done with the web-tools?

2. My second question concerns a player who, because of illness,
"disappeared" for several weeks. When he came back and began to post
again, he found that although he still recieved posts from the list,
he could no longer post to the list. I told him to try unsubcribing
and resubscribing, he did, but his problem presists. Is it possible
his address got onto a "bad address" list at phoenyx, and if so, is
there something we can do about it?

Eris,
Akus Moby GM
