I've got a PBEM on Phoenyx which is going for a restart.
(knocked off one player, will add four-eight more).
How does one go about changing the "inactive" banner?

PS it's funny - the talk of longevity on gmast, and
then in the space of a week I've received two requests
to restart. The mailing list for the game system is
discussing PBEM games, and three other games that I'm
involved in are gearing up again.  What was it, retro
week?
