Since the wacky Outlook top-posting method breaks the web forums, and people don't seem to listen when I ask them to stop, I've implemented a technological solution. Messages that have the Outlook "Original Message" flag in the middle of them get truncated at that point, on the assumption that everything thereafter is a complete quote of a previous message. If the "Original Message" line is at the top, it assumes it's a properly interleaved response, and leaves it alone.
