Phoenyx TWiki

The Phoenyx TWiki is locked out just at the moment; we've got a Chinese
spider hitting all the scripts up to 18 times a second(!), and I really
need to go through and tighten up the htaccess because it keeps throwing
our system load up into triple digits and effectively knocking us off the
net. (Literally, if indirectly, earlier: I had to unplug the router and
kill the web server to free up enough system resources to even edit the
access files to keep it out. I suspect 18 was only the limit Apache could
log, and that they'd be hitting us harder if it were possible.)

I'll get to it tonight.
