The Phoenyx needs a spam czar

... who would go research all these things for us.

We'll be using Exim on the new box, for whatever that's worth, but 
the Phoenyx software is MTA-agnostic.

I really don't know how DK works, aside from having a signature related to the 
integrity of the message.

I wish I had more time to investigate all the different ideas being put forth, 
but I've barely got time to make the mail server work without all that.
