State of the Gamehawk

I have a new installation of the software over at
http://www.wirebird.com/, which at the moment isn't quite as complete as
the Phoenyx' install (since I'm redoing some bits... it's not *really*
negative progress, it just looks like it on the surface). However, it's
now the official source for updates on the software progress (replacing
the Gamehawk LJ).

I am, if you haven't followed the Gamehawk LJ, in Houston having just come
out of a Perl conference, at which I handed out lots of business cards and
maybe, just maybe, will end up with some coding help out of all of it.
(Even if not, I got lots of face time with people who write libraries I
use, so the conference was profitable.)

Tomorrow we drive cross-country, Houston back to Wichita, barring
flooding. (I'd say I'm happy to be heading back to Wichita out of this
humidity, but I'm given to understand back home is uncharacteristically
just as bad. Bleh.) Friday, barring a collapse from exhaustion (I am
officially Too Old For This), it's back to work on the software.
