Lysia spends her time in jump, learning what she can about the ship. Redecorating the common area across the hall from her quarters to make it "more inhabitable". This includes pulling out the entire entertainment system that she brought from her suite on the planet. Painting the walls to make them more natural and less metallic. Adjusting the lighting to make it less starship harsh and more pleasing. She also works out heavily in both the gym and the grav-ball cage. Although she seems to spend most of her time in the cage practicing zero-g acrobatics rather than working on her grav-ball game. Just sort of summing things up. With being out of the loop for a couple weeks I figured I'd best not barge into the game and should try to ease back into things. Who's the fellow she has problems with, Anspor or Arvitis? She'll do her best to avoid him. Lysia Jezebel David

OOC: I haven't read ahead, but it's possible you might recieve some "comment" from the rest of the crew about this, seeing as that commons area is supposed to be for the entire crew. OTOH, I'm perfectly happy for Lysia to have the *intention* of redocorating the crew commons area, just expect some input from other characters as soon as you start making any sort of changes. As for paint....you didn't bring it with you, and although there is some in ship stores, the only colors in quantity are white and black. > She also works out heavily in both the gym and the > grav-ball cage. I take it you aren't going to actually *play* anyone, just work out? I also take it that Lysia is going to be like Rudolph and not join in any play with the rest of the team? > Just sort of summing things up. He'll be avoiding most everyone...as is his normal behavior. You know if you keep this up I'm going to have to lock you two in a cabin together. Eris AKU GM

OOG - I rather figured I would have to beg borrow and steal the paint from ships stores. Sorry if I seem a little out of sorts lately, I just haven't been feeling well for a few weeks now and this whole beta test thing has become more like work and less like play lately. I was in a hurry last night to write something up before I went to bed and so I wound up with a very very abreviated version of what I wanted to do. > > She also works out heavily in both the gym and the > > grav-ball cage. Just so I get this straight in my head, Mark and Segui are two worlds in the same binary system orbiting opposite suns... I think... What's the light speed lag time like for sending messages between the planets? Assuming I have this straight in my head and not some how muddled up. Early in the morning on the first day in jump (Again assuming I have this straight in my head), while Mira and Shawn are down in hydroponic's Lysia takes another at the common room before heading off in search of Ricardo. "Bridge," she reasons not really knowing why, "if I was the skipper of the boat I'd be on the bridge." And so she heads forwards along the most direst route towards the bridge. Lysia pauses for a moment at each intersection to make sure she's not about to run into Arvitis, as that could lead to yet another awkward moment or three because of something that she really had nothing to do with. Guilt by association, it wasn't the easiest way to lead one's life but she'd made her choices and would have to live with them. Lysia Jezebel David

If Ricardo isn't on the bridge Lysia will head back towards the galley and look there. As well as looking for something to eat. Lysia Jezebel David
