Zeek says looking at Pete. "I don't think a cabbie > would like us carrying this on board." "Truck." Pete repeats, "Nah, no truck. What I got is a boat. If you want, we can load your junk aboard my old tug and haul it across the bay. The old tub can crawl up on the tarmac over at the Starport where you can off load your gear." He grins, "That's how I get a lot of the stuff you see here *from* the Port to my yard, and that's how a lot of folks get my stuff back from here to the Port." Pete leads you to a large tugboat next to a narrow bayou. Looking down the bayou you see it leads out into the open water of the bay. The sides of this bayou appear to be lined with in black....something man made...and are devoid of plant growth. The tug looks like it would barely fit down the narrow water canal. You can see that the tug has rubber bumpers all around it leading you to think it might be an air cushion type craft, or at least, can work in that mode. That might explain how it gets into and out of the water. Eris AKU

He looks slightly confused as if they are supposed to be there.

And him,' He points a thumb > at Zeek, 'just ignore him, he's mostly harmless "Yeah." Pete spits a brown fluid from his mouth into the dark water and chuckles, "Boy's been in the war, ain't he." "Well, anyway, gimme you're card and I'll run it through the bank system." Pete says holding out his hand. After doing the dirty business of deducting funds from Cousins and Company's accounts, Pete helps you load the goods on the boat and waves you off as you back it down the bayou and out into the open bay. The boat rides smoothly, but loudly, over the water. Ricardo, standing at the controls, finds that he can control the boat much like a grav vehicle...except it handles like it has very "mushy" grav modules, the response is slower than he is use to. Once out into the bay, he has a bit of trouble with the choppy waves making the boat rock and ride unsmoothly over the water, but it is still nothing that Ricardo can't control. Soon, he has maneuvered the boat across the broad bay to a ramp leading out of the water onto the tarmac of the Starport. From the radio Ricardo receives instructions on the route to take from the ramp to the parking space of /The Mae Lee/, and he slowly drives the hovercraft across the tarmac to their ship, parking it outside the open cargo hatch.
