Up here there are only four seats between aisles. Shawn finds himself seated next to Ilane. April is inside of Ilane and Lysia is on the other aisle next to April. Looking down toward the stage you see that a live orchestra is already in the pit warming up. This is something of a surprise as many plays and reviews have taken to using recorded music instead of live orchestras as a money saving measure. Beyond the orchestra a closed purple curtain with an ornate signet of a golden crown and stylized crossed rifles hides the stage proper. The house lights are still up, and the audience is still filing in. It looks like the house will be nearly full tonight. Eris AKU GM

The walk back to the Hotel/Casino doesn't take very long and is as uneventful as any walk along a major entertainment strip is likely to be. There are crowds of pedestrians moving in and out of nightclubs, gambling halls, and cafes. The street is crowded with vehicle traffic. The neon and laser lights of the signs and billboards along both sides of the street reflect from the car's windows making it look like you are walking along in a canyon of light with a river of light running down the center. Soon you are back in your suites and begin to settle in for the night... Eris AKU GM

Shawn waved at the others and waited until they were safely into their suite before following Ilane inside theirs. Shawn sat down in a chair and let Ilane have the first run at the restroom to clean up and get ready for bed. After she was in the bathroom he opened the drawer to get his notepad and stopped, staring at it. There it was fitted into the corner of the drawer like he had left it. The only problem was that it was facing the opposite direction from how he had laid it down. His eyes locked on the closed door to the restroom and he felt his face coloring with embarrassment. It didn't anger him but he hardly knew her well enough to share this private aspect of his life. Not even the others knew. Should he say something? Let it go? He thought about it a minute and took the pad and closed the drawer. Sitting down, he laid it in his lap and waited. Shawn
