Lysia finds that the Ship Chandleries around the Starport carry a 
variety of weapons that is greater than places that she is familiar 
with. It seems there is either more of an off-world market, or the

talks to wants assurances that this weaponry would be become part of a 
ship's armory, or would be exported from the Mark system. Lysia expects 
paperwork, and she finds that her expectations of the amount were 
conservative. However, she can get plenty of rifles, shotguns, even 
whippet style, and handguns. Does she look into acquiring any heavier, 
or more exotic, weaponry?

Lysia inspects the machine shops back in Engineering. She wants to know 
how much new hardware is going to be needed for a reloading system.

Kelly sees her there and she sees Kelly. They may talk......about it.

OOC: The eventual conclusion is that a reloading system for pistol, 
rifle and shotgun shells can be brought in and incorporated into the 
machine shop for only a few hundred Credits. You'll also need to buy a 
stock of supplies for it, and that will cost a few hundred Credits 
more.  Kelly, has only minimal experience with this and Lysia has none, 
so using this will be a learning experience for either of them. Neither 
of you know if any of your crewmates have any Armory skill.

What seems to be the deal with reguards to SMG's?  What kinds of rifles are
we looking at here as well?  Something that could be converted with minimal
effort into an assault rifle or bolt action hunting rifles?

The Chandlers have SMG's, but only for off-planet use. They can be 
shipped in locked cases to the Starport and aboard ship, but don't let 
anyone catching you bringing them back off the Starport grounds.  As for 
rifles, ask Ricardo and Shawn what you're looking for.
