You're going to make us fat at this rate," Kass says with a smile, "I appreciate the sugar free syrup. Its gotten a lot harder to stay trim. Can we keep some fresh fruit around? Half a grapefruit and some cottage cheese is my 'usual'." She snags a pancake, one slice or link of sausage and roughly one scrambled egg, using the sugar free syrup, and adding a small glass of juice to the mix. "Oh, and some fat free milk." She thinks about it, "Maybe I should go shopping with you if I'm going to be picky." She grins. Kass
