Looking at the sensors, Shawn sees that a small grav craft is just lifting off from the /Bright Star/. He had set the alarm to go off if there was any action around that ship, and this qualifies. That a craft would be lifting off from that ship this time of night sets off warning bells in Shawn's brain, too. Should he call Ricardo over on the /Mae Lee/ and ask about it? Should he get his new ship involved in this? Should he just take Ilane to bed and forget about everything else? Eris AKU GM

The "bad guys" are in a grav craft that is flying south a couple of hundred meters high and at about 400 kpm. OOC: How is Shawn intending to follow them? Kelly can do enough work on them so that they will work for a few jumps, and probably won't misjump even once, but he'll need several hours of concentrated work on them to do it...say four or five hours. During that time the jump drive simply won't be operational. And then there is the fact that the ship doesn't have enough fuel aboard to jump at the moment! Sure, you could refuel from the extensive oceans here on Serbia, but that'll mean setting down somewhere and spending a couple of hours running the pumps, and then refining the fuel aboard. You have the fuel processing plant, but it only does 5 dtons an hour and you need 10 dtons for a jump 1, so once you're refueled, you'll need another 2 hours to process the fuel for a single jump. That could be done on the run out to the jump point, though. Eros AKU GM

If it does, they are all out at the gas giant where almost all the traffic stops. No evidence of system defense boats near the planet.
