ROFL!
It is real time; I saw this on "The Today Show" the other morning.
They weren't playing the music on TV (apparently the homeowner has a
short range FM transmitter so cars driving by can hear the music, so
he's not blasting the neighbors all the time.)
This accounts for the cryptic comment by one of the folks on the show
about "Please stop that music!"
