Celandra is a game in which the players take the roles of societies, rather than playing individual characters. The players will invent a society with its culture and heritage, and will guide its development and interaction with the world. Emphasis will be be placed on developing a detailed history of Celandra, along with myths and legends.

Sorry to say this, but the mailing software just automatically kicked
Aaron from the list, because his address was bounching :-/ So any messages
sent to this list won't reach him until he subscribes again. Of course, 
he can still read these message from the mailing list archives page
at: 
  http://www.phoenyx.net/celandra/mhonarc/
which I hope he does as soon as he realizes there's a problem. 
Until then, I'm trying to reach him by email  - which of course won't 
succeed until his problems are solved...

Okay, that sure explains why i cannot send anmything to Aaron. :/
Me want to pay the Razanians, but  i still need information on them and have 
questions. I know the rules and read them, just simply that the website 
wasn't updated for two months and don't what the actions concerning the 
Razanians are since turn 1408. Can anybody help?
