For some reason I have been kicked of the Mailing list and can not get back on. Does any one have any idea why. You will have to send the message to me or else I will not get it. Actually, Jason is still on the mailing list. He just got kicked off from
the 'distrib' subtopic, which apparently is a kind of general distribution
list. He can still send email, but he doesn't receive any. Same thing
has happened to a number of people. We're working on fixing the
problem...
