[Cel] Note on the maps

Hi.

I did try to standardise on the fonts I used on the Qaiyore map.

FYI - 

City Names - Small fonts 7
'Geographical Names' (Straits, Seas, Rivers, Mtns) - Canaith 8
Political (Country) Names - Draconian 16
Provincial (or 'regional') Names - Black Chancery 8
Peoples (nomadic or non-urban) - Stone Temple 10

The map was done in PSP using layers to make it easier to manage.
