Celandra is a game in which the players take the roles of societies, rather than playing individual characters. The players will invent a society with its culture and heritage, and will guide its development and interaction with the world. Emphasis will be be placed on developing a detailed history of Celandra, along with myths and legends.

Reply for dual-response posted by Dylan to Sam:

JV already has the basic FUDGE IH stuff up on the web.  I'll compile setting
specific stuff when we get there (with help from Jason and LMP).  Right now,
I'm letting LMP take the primary role and deferring to his judgement on
these things.  Is there anything specific that we needed right now?  (Sam,
what specifically did you have in mind?)

Also, (and again emphasizing LATER) I can do the website (although I'm
technologically primitive) but I'll need a place to put it.  I might be able
to convince Archangel Press to give me their extra web-space but it would
only be a temporary fix.

For now, let's concentrate on setting the tone of the game, then let LMP
hash out "technical" rules to start society design from, and I'll stand by
("Ready to serve") as backup GM buts let's play this all by ear.

We could use the web space on my school account.  I'm pretty sure the only
limitation is the number of files (1000 max).  I'm using about fifty of
those now.  Though I would recommend having backup files somewhere just
in case something went awry.
