These are the results.  I will write the next list tomorrow and send
it.  Will people please send me a list of questions to be voted one.

1) How should time be treated?
The vote is for 1 year per turn with the crisis option and also setting
up a stardata calender.

2) Will their still be four actions per turn.
People are saying keep it the same

3) What Kind of Star Maps.
People are saying 2d since it would be easier make.

4) FTL Travel.
People  are saying yes.  I will let the GMs desided the exacts to this
one.

5) Who can do the websit (This is more voluniter then anything else.
Mattew did you say that you could.)
We are still looking.

6) Reconfirm the vote for Louis Pasztor as GM.
People say that they want to GMs but Louise is okay as one of them.
Rylen do you want to be the other.  That way the GMs can balance each
other out.

7) Will we start out with the idea of starting with humans then
expanding then moving to Aliens or Aliens and Humans mixed together.
People are saying start with humans.  Then gorw into Aliens.

8) Will the ratio of Psi be the same as the magic ratio is in Celandra.
(Meaning less then 1% of the population can do it.)
People are saying less so we will set it at 0.01% or less.

9) What are we going to call this game?
lets call it the Vastness.
